Franco was a pleasure to work with for our bathroom renovation. He listened to what we wanted, kept in constant communication and replied quickly to any questions and concerns we had. I felt comfortable with him and all of the subcontractors he employed. In the end he left us with a spectacular master bathroom. We recommend him without hesitation.

I’ve worked with Franco and his team at Pagano Builders on multiple projects, and they’ve been fantastic every time. Franco is incredibly responsive, communicates clearly, and always manages expectations which is rare and refreshing in this business. The quality of their work speaks for itself, and I’ve referred him to several friends who’ve had the same great experience. Highly recommend Pagano Builders if you’re looking for reliability, craftsmanship, and a team that truly cares about the outcome.

Franco and his team were a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job on our home. Our renovation included new siding, replacing windows throughout our home, adding on a front porch, and interior finishes. The team is extremely responsive and worked with us to ensure the project came out exactly how we wanted. We would definitely recommend Pagano Builders to anyone renovating their home and look forward to working with them again in the future!

Franco is wonderful to work with. We completed a renovation on a tight timeline and Franco was in constant (daily) communication with us, even nights and weekends. We had a few setbacks outside of his control (delays in orders, etc.) and he did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied, including adjusting finshes until we were happy. He is more than fair in handling owed expenses. Like the other reviewers - Franco is a wonderful, kind and trustworthy person. We recommend working with Pagano Builders!

We recently completed a major exterior remodel on our older home, including a new portico, siding, windows, and general repairs, and working with Franco was an outstanding experience from start to finish.

Franco was great at balancing quality with value, helping us stay within our desired budget without compromising the end result. He was always accessible and quick to address any questions or concerns, often jumping on issues right away. The team he brought in—carpenters, masons, and other specialists—did excellent, detailed work that really elevated the look of our home.

What stood out most was Franco’s professionalism and thoroughness. He provided clear, line-by-line budgets and offered multiple options at different price points so we could make informed decisions. He also understood our vision and worked closely with us to bring it to life.

Franco ensured the job was completed to our satisfaction and didn’t stop until everything was right. He’s an all-around great guy, and we plan on working with him again in the future. Highly recommended!
